SAS Group is seeking for a TRAINING AND ATTESTATION SPECIALIST for the Human Resources department to work out, implement and monitor the company staff attestation procedures. |
|
| Job responsibilities: |
|
- Participate in the HR policies of the company;
- Organize and implement employees' attestations;
- Reveal the training needs of the staff;
- Participate in the organization of trainings and development of the staff;
- Develop evaluation strategies, methods and instruments: tests, questionnaires, mechanisms of evaluation and results analysis.

| Required qualifications: |
|
- Higher education, preferably in social sciences and humanities;
- At least 3 years relevant working experience, preferably as a lecturer or in other assessment systems;
- Knowledge of methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis;
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Knowledge of labor Code is preferable.
